Salesforce.com (CRM) - Get Report is teaming up with Internet-search giant Google (GOOG) - Get Report to offer a service that will allow companies to create and measure search-engine marketing campaigns.
The venture, Salesforce for Google AdWords, combines Google's AdWords with the on-demand business applications of Salesforce.com. When the program becomes available for general use, currently scheduled for the second half of the year, the cost will be $300 a month for each organization.
Google was rising 85 cents to $378.15 in premarket trading Tuesday. Salesforce closed Monday at $32.91.
