The 50-day average daily volume for Oncothyreon is 308,000, according to the Nasdaq.

Netlist

(NLST)

was among the most active pre-market trades for a second-consecutive morning on Thursday, jumping by 19 cents, or a little over 3%, to $6.30.

Yesterday, Netlist filed a legal motion to have a patent infringement lawsuit against it thrown out arguing the case lacked merit. The 50-day average daily volume for Netlist is 3.6 million, according to the Nasdaq.

DryShips

was up 9 cents, or 1.5%, to $6.20, a pre-market favorite, was again among the most active gainers in the early morning Thursday.

The Greek debt crisis sparked fears that its shipping companies would suffer a guilty-by-association hit on their shares, and DryShips slipped close to 40 cents during the first two days of the week, but has since been moving less dramatically.

The 50-day average daily volume for DryShips is 23 million, according to the Nasdaq.

Apollo Investment Corp

(AINV) - Get Report

was down 14 cents or 1.4% to $9.68. The debt investment firm priced an initial public offering of shares at $9.82 yesterday.

The 50-day average daily volume for Apollo is 1.4 million, according to the Nasdaq.
