Recent actions from the U.S. are a declaration of war against North Korea and Pyongyang will consider all possible responses, North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho said Monday, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Ri said North Korea would "shoot down U.S. strategic bombers, even if they are not yet inside air-space border of our country." Ri's comments come after U.S. warplanes flew near the reclusive country's coastline north of a demilitarized zone between North and South Korea on Saturday, Sept. 23.
Ri said President Trump's recent comments on Twitter (TWTR) - Get Twitter, Inc. Report are a declaration of war. Trump tweeted over the weekend that North Korean leadership wouldn't "be around much longer" if it made a move against the U.S. or its allies.
"The question of who will be around much longer will be answered then," Ri said should North Korea take action against U.S. aircrafts in the region.
