Commerce Bancorp

slipped after the Cherry Hill, N.J., regional bank revealed a complaint had been filed against Chief Executive Vernon Hill in New Jersey's U.S. District Court alleging "breaches of fiduciary duty, waste of corporate assets and unjust enrichment arising from certain related-party transactions." Other company directors and officers may also be pulled in to the lawsuit, Commerce said. Shares were down 13 cents to $32.92.
