, which has been in the middle of takeover rumors recently, said Friday evening that its chief financial officer is resigning.
The firm said Peter Hancock would "pursue longstanding entrepreneurial interests. While his plans are not yet definite, Hancock is exploring alternatives that include several private ventures in which Morgan hopes to invest."
Thomas Ketchum, the company's chief administrative officer, will assume Hancock's duties effective immediately, the company said.
