Yellen has overseen a major stock market boom that hasn't yet ignited bone-crushing inflation. The U.S. economy is humming along and optimism on the part of consumers continues to rise. What more can one ask for from a Fed chief? Incoming Fed chief Jerome Powell, like Yellen known as a dove on rates, has some big shoes to fill.
