Chances are, you fantasize about the joys of retirement every Monday morning -- about the time the alarm clock starts beeping.
But making sure the eventual reality lives up to that fantasy -- whether it's jetting around Europe or buying a condo in the Florida Keys -- requires decades of preparation. Don't be intimated, though. You can get answers to some of the most important questions by watching TheStreet's Jim Cramer interview Fisher Investments founder Ken Fisher on retirement planning. Fisher, whose firm has $77 billion in assets under management, has written columns for Forbes and the U.K.'s Financial Times and authored four New York Times bestsellers.
