Everybody likes a winner.

Here's the TSC Ratings review of open-end stock mutual funds, holding 70% or more U.S. stocks, which are on a winning streak.

The funds below have all maintained a rating of B+ or better for the last 12 months.

The returns shown are annualized three-year returns ending February 29, 2008.

For comparison, the

S&P 500

returned 5.36% over the same period.

Three of these funds have kept an A+ rating for 12 straight months. They are

AIM Utilities Fund A

(IAUTX) - Get Report

,

American Century Utilities Inv

(BULIX) - Get Report

and

BlackRock Utilities/Telecom Inv A

(MDGUX)

.

All three hold the same types of electric utilities and telecommunications stocks with names such as

AT&T

(T) - Get Report

,

Exelon

(EXC) - Get Report

,

FPL Group

(FPL) - Get Report

and

Sempra Energy

(SRE) - Get Report

.

Another member of our B+ or better Domestic Winner list is the A- rated

Fidelity Select Defense & Aerospace

(FSDAX) - Get Report

. This is one of the funds that could benefit

if John McCain becomes President.

With mutual funds, as with any investment, past performance is no guarantee of future results. With the next month of ratings, any of the above funds could be downgraded for bad performance or excess volatility.

However, these domestic winners have proven track records of success.

All of these funds have suffered so far this year, making them worthy of consideration for a "buy on a dip" strategy.
