Top Trump administration officials will hold a briefing with the entire U.S. Senate at the White House on Wednesday regarding the ongoing situation in North Korea, Reuters reports.
All 100 senators were asked to attend by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Secretary of Defense James Mattis, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and General Joseph Dunford.
It is atypical for the entire 100-member Senate to go to such an event at the White House, Reuters said, especially when those four top officials are involved.
The briefing will take place at 3 p.m. EDT.
