For the fourth quarter, net sales increased 27.8% to $242.7 million. The company earned 34 cents a share, compared with a loss of 4 cents a year earlier. Both years are adjusted to exclude charges.
Elizabeth Arden is forecasting fiscal 2008 earnings of $1.65 to $1.75 a share. It expects to lose 3 cents to 5 cents in the first quarter. The stock gained 19% to $23.40.

letter indicating that the company isn't in compliance with the filing requirements for continued listing.
The letter cited the company's failure to file its quarterly report for the quarter ended June 30. Other filings have also been delayed as Silicon Storage reviews its past accounting for options.

Total revenue rose 21.7% to $22.8 million over the prior-year period, and same-store sales grew 10.6%. The company lost 1 cent a share, compared with a profit of 23 cents a year earlier.
