On Thursday the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court ruling that blocked President Donald Trump's executive order that restricts travel from six Muslim majority countries.

Trump's order has been called a travel ban or even a Muslim ban by some, while the president calls it a matter of national security.

The order upholds the suspension of a revised version of the order, which the Trump team went back to work on to make sure it could hold up better to legal scrutiny.
