expected the integrated circuits maker to earn 24 cents a share.
TriQuint, which is based in Hillsboro, Ore., posted fourth-quarter revenue of $90.3 million, up 83% from $49.4 million in the year-ago period. Revenue rose 12% from $80.6 million in the third quarter.
