The retailer of intimate apparel, beauty and personal care products, which is based in Columbus, Ohio, reported net income for the latest third quarter of $43.2 million, or 9 cents a share, meeting the 27-analyst

consensus estimate. The company recorded net income of $38.4 million, or 8 cents a share, in the same period a year ago.

Sales for the quarter rose to $925.1 million from $814.2 million a year ago, and same-store sales increased 6%.

Separately, the company said Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Michael Newman will leave the company at the end of the year. An external search for his replacement is beginning immediately. The company said Newman is resigning to focus on family, personal and community interests.
