The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning Wednesday afternoon for portions of central Florida near Orlando including parts of the Disney World Resort.

A tornado was spotted by weather radar in the area of Bay Lake, southwest of Orlando, shortly after 5 p.m. Eastern.

The tornado hadn't touched down, but strong winds and heavy rain were in the area.

The tornado warning was in place until 5:45 p.m.

Shares of Disney (DIS - Get Report) rose $1.68 to $140.92 Wednesday.
