Cramer's Take on Top-Searched Stocks

The Commerce Department came out with optimistic news on Tuesday, reporting that construction of new homes and apartments jumped 22.2% from January to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 583,000 units. This news comes despite economists' expectations that construction would drop to a pace of around 450,000 units.
This all led to a nice market move.
On the technology front,
Apple

will introduce its new iPhone software, which it announced on Tuesday would include a cut-and-paste function and the ability to send multimedia messages, such as photos.
