to manage the offering, which will include the Venetian resort. Las Vegas Sands didn't confirm the story, which said the listing would be in Hong Kong. The company has a heavy debt burden and has seen a downturn in its revenue, as many casinos have. Shares were recently trading up 6.7% to $10.06.
