Jason Bedasse’s Journey Through Wall Street and the Diversity Landscape

Having ownership in growth companies moved Corlex Capital founder Jason Bedasse to move from being an investment banker to starting his own private equity firm in 2018. 

The Wall Street landscape currently doesn't feature many African Americans, but 20 years ago when Bedasse became a junior analyst just out of college there were even fewer people who looked like him in his profession.

While he was able to find mentors of every race to help him along his career journey, Bedasse told TheStreet that he would like to be the black mentor for the upcoming generation that he did not have.
