Shares of Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings (AAWW) - Get Report were down 5.76% to $55.51 on Monday after an Atlas Air plane carrying packages for Amazon.com Inc.  (AMZN) - Get Report  crashed Saturday into Texas Bay, killing all three people on board.

At around 12:45 p.m. ET on Saturday, Feb. 23, the Federal Aviation Administration said the jetliner from Miami went down about 40 miles southeast of Houston's George Bush International Airport, according to Robert Sumwalt, investigator for the National Transportation Safety Board.

Emergency response planes and a specialist team were sent to the crash site. But on Monday, the black boxes had not yet been recovered.

Atlas Air confirmed Sunday that three crew members died when the Boeing 767 crashed just minutes from arriving at George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
