Tyreek Hill's Shoulder Injury is More Serious Than Being Reported, Expect Lengthy Absence

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver suffered a shoulder injury in Week 1 that will keep him sidelined for up to two months.

Fantasy Football managers with Tyreek Hill on the roster were delivered a devastating blow in Week 1. The Chiefs speedster suffered a shoulder injury in against the Jacksonville Jaguars that will likely keep him out of action for two months.

Look for wide receivers Sammy Watkins and rookie Mecole Hardman to step up in the Chiefs starting lineup moving forward until Hill is able to return to action.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes didn't seem to slow down with Hill out of the lineup vs. the Jaguars. The league's reigning MVP still finished with 378 yards and three touchdowns.

Good insight. Brutal for fantasy owners.

I'm not optimistic for a quick return either. I think it's just gamesmanship right now.
