Janet Brown is president of FundX Investment Group, a firm that pioneered the use of noload mutual funds to professionally manage investment portfolios. Since 1978, Brown has built and managed portfolios for high net-worth clients, foundations and retirement plans. She is also one of the managers of FundX’s funds-of-funds. Brown was an early champion of noload funds and ETFs and a longtime advocate for sustainable responsible investing; Brown began using SRI funds and ETFs to manage client accounts nearly 20 years ago. Brown edits and publishes NoLoad FundX, the only mutual fund newsletter to beat the market since 1980, according to the Wall Street Journal (June 2014), and she has shared her fund expertise on Marketwatch.com, Forbes, and BottomLine Personal.
