Francesco Stipo is a lawyer, author and energy expert. He holds a Ph.D. in international law and a master's degree in comparative law. He is a member of the Bretton Woods Committee and was formerly the President of the United States Association of the Club of Rome, a global think tank.
Dr. Stipo frequently speaks on energy and international affairs at distinguished venues such as Harvard University, the Energy Charter and the Organization of American States. He is an active member of the National Press Club and a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science.
