Matthew Mellett has worked in the financial services industry for 30 years. He is the founder and owner of South Mountain Financial Planning (www.smpersonalfinance.com). Mellett works with clients on all aspects of personal financial planning from budgeting to risk management to investments for retirement and college funding.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Lehigh University and a Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning from the College for Financial Planning. He also earned the Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College.
