Mia Taylor is an award-winning journalist who has more than two decades of experience. She has worked as a staff reporter for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the San Diego Union-Tribune and The Patriot Ledger. She was also part of a team of KPBS/NPR reporters that won a 2011 national Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Journalism. In addition to TheStreet, her work appears on Cheapism.com, The Simple Dollar and in Westways Magazine. Mia is based in Southern California, where she also blogs about the local luxury dining and travel scene.
