Tough question. Yes and no.
From a user perspective, ARM-based technology could mean good performance at lower energy consumption, which is good for batteries. From an investor perspective, margins could improve, but I don't know how much of a "game changer" this would be for anyone's investment thesis. I think Apple is still all about iPhones, services, wearables and cash distribution to shareholders -- in no specific order.
