Davos 2019: Salesforce Co-CEO Reveals What Keeps him Up at Night

Keith Block, the co-CEO of Salesforce,  (CRM - Get Report)  stressed the importance of re-skilling the existing workforce so that it matches with jobs.

Speaking at the panel discussion on 'Making Digital Globalization Inclusive' at World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting being held in Davos, Switzerland, he said, "We have to be re-skill, re-skill, re-skill. This is not one and done. It needs to be continuous."

Block also highlighted how technology should not replace people.

Block asked, "How do we absorb this technology so that we make sure that people are skilled in the workforce and that people are able to embrace the technology (so) that we don't have massive job loss without massive job creation. That's the sort of thing that keeps me up at night."
