Twenty cities are in the running to host Amazon's (AMZN) new headquarters, dubbed Amazon HQ2, which could bring as many as 50,000 jobs.
That could have significant impacts for a city's real estate market, especially for some of the smaller cities Amazon is considering, according to Sam DeBianchi, founder of DeBianchi Real Estate, based in South Florida.
On Jan. 18, Amazon unveiled the 20 finalists for Amazon HQ2.
