President Barack Obama will announce an initiative today to train and hire more workers in technology. The President is said to have 300 companies and governments who have agreed to train and hire workers tech. According to the White House, of the 5 million jobs available today, more than half of them are in software development, network administration and cyber security. General Motors reportedly will announced a stock buyback program, perhaps as early as today. The move would avoid a potential proxy fight with investor Harry J. Wilson, who had been pressuring General Motors Board to buyback shares. Tesla reportedly will cut jobs in China.
