Jim Cramer, portfolio manager of Action Alerts PLUS, and TheStreet's Jill Malandrino like Urban Outfitters for their latest Triple Play, a stock with attractive fundamentals, strong chart and low volatility in the options. Urban posted a strong quarter and comp sales due to changes management implemented over a year ago, and Cramer and Malandrino believe the stock still has plenty of momentum. It just hit a new all-time high in the stock price and options implied volatility is trading near 52-week lows. This is a combination that sets up well to buy calls as traders look to take advantage of relatively inexpensive premium to set up a bullish position.
