DreamWorks rules the box office with a surprise hit, making it TheStreet's Move of the Day. The movie studio surprised industry watchers after its latest film 'Home' dominated the weekend box office. The CGI animated buddy flick between an alien and teenage girl brought in $54 million in its debut weekend, around $20 million more than analysts' forecasts. The success comes at a time of turmoil for DreamWorks which is in the middle of major restructuring efforts and falling profits after a number of commercial flops. Of the past four films released, DreamWorks has had to record write-downs on three, including 'Mr. Peabody and Sherman.'
