DSL.net Rises on Job Cuts
DSL.net (DSLN) was up 23.3% in preopen Island trading after it announced that it will cut 90 jobs and close 250 offices. The Internet service provider said the moves are part of a revised operating plan aimed at cutting the company's burn rate.
DSL.net also said it expects to meet or exceed its second-quarter numbers excluding restructuring charges. The Street expects a loss for the period of 39 cents per share
