Cooper Tire & Rubber

(CTB) - Get Report

dropped 7%. Guy Adami said the company issued a forecast that was lower than expectations. He said investors can buy the name, but not yet.

Cephalon

( CEPH) went up 3%. Pete Najarian said the FDA voted against it yesterday, but analysts think that decision is going to get overturned.

Owens Corning

(OC) - Get Report

rallied 7%. Karen Finerman said the company bought a fiberglass company that's doing well.

Pitney Bowes

(PBI) - Get Report

jumped 4%. Jeff Macke said the company managed to beat estimates.

Eagle Bulk Shipping

(EGLE) - Get Report

ticked up 12%. Adami said risk-takers can get short here with a tight stop.
