posted a drop in fourth-quarter profit, hurt in part by restructuring charges.
The company reported a net profit of $9 million, or 6 cents a share, compared with $47.3 million, or 33 cents a share, a year earlier.
Excluding charges, the company reported a profit of $59 million, or 40 cents a share.
Revenue was $463.1 million, down from $469.7 million in the year-earlier period.
