Jim Cramer Says Buy Allergan Over Pfizer and Predicts Google Is Headed to $800

Based on valuation, investors should buy Allergan (AGN) - Get Report over Pfizer (PFE) - Get Report , said Jim Cramer, portfolio manager of the TheStreet'sAction Alerts PLUS and host of CNBC's "Mad Money." The two companies are moving closer to a merger and received a green light from the Treasury Department on Nov. 19. Action Alerts PLUS owns Allergan as well as Google (GOOG) - Get Report , which a viewer asked about Friday. Cramer said Google is going to $800, and he likes that the company is beginning to monetize YouTube.
Another viewer asked aboutSkechers (SKX) - Get Report , which has been under pressure as of late, but Cramer said it's a buy.
One person wanted to know whether he'd buy Square (SQ) - Get Report if the stock drops back to near $11. Cramer recommended buying the stock, then selling it and added that those actions would yield "a great gain."
When asked whether to buy Walgreens (WBA) - Get Report in the low $80's or CVS (CVS) - Get Report in the low $90's, Cramer, whose Action Alert PLUS owns Walgreens, prefers it over CVS because of the former's strong international position.
A viewer asked about tobacco stocks, and he said he likes Altria (MO) - Get Report for the yield and added that Phillip Morris (PM) - Get Report is more of a strong dollar play.
Cramer also discussed AT&T (T) - Get Report , saying it's a terrific stock for investors who want income. He said that Qualcomm (QCOM) - Get Report has no momentum whatsoever, due to problems in South Korea and China. He recommended buying Intel (INTC) - Get Report instead.
