Asia Markets Mostly Up, Stock Futures Mixed
Asia markets mostly up as U.S. stock futures are mixed.
Asian markets were mostly up and U.S. stock futures were mixed in early Friday trading.
Japan's Nikkei 225 fell 69.18 points, or 0.34%, to 20,293.93. In Hong Kong, the Hang Seng rose 53.42 points, or 0.19%, to 27,475.02. Stocks were 0.75% lower in Singapore at 3,202.78.
In U.S. stock futures overnight, Dow futures were even at 22,320. S&P futures were down, 0.05%, at 2,506.50.
Gold futures were down $1.50, or 0.12%, to $1,287.20, while oil futures were up 0.02%, to 51.57.
On Wall Street Friday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 52.31 points, to close 0.23% lower, at 22,360.28. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq also fell, 0.30% and 0.52%, respectively, to close at 2,500.67 and 6,422.50.
