Lyft's COO Reportedly Leaves After 18 Months; Stock Is Lower

Lyft's (LYFT) - Get Report chief operating officer is leaving after less than 18 months in the post, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg News.

Shares of the San Francisco ride-hailing service were 3.1% lower on Monday at $63.51. They traded as low as $62.94, down 3.9%.

Jon McNeill joined Lyft in February 2018 from Tesla (TSLA) - Get Report , where he was president of the Palo Alto, California, electric-vehicle company's global sales and service division.

At Lyft McNeill had succeeded a former Amazon  (AMZN) - Get Report  and Dell (DELL) - Get Report executive, Rex Tibbens, who was in Lyft's COO post for less than three years.
