A New Jersey couple was arrested for exploiting the Lowe's Cos. Inc. (LOW) - Get Report website, and for allegedly stealing more than $250,000 worth of items and then turning around and reselling them online.

Kimy and Romela Velazquez, 40 and 24 respectively, were charged with theft, fraud and computer criminal activity for exploiting a glitch on the company's site that allowed the couple to have items shipped to their home without first paying for them.

The items that were fenced include a 70-inch smart TV, a stereo surround sound system and $2,500 worth of Victoria's Secret underwear.

Shares of Lowe's were up 1.55% to $75.45 in morning trading.
