NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- RATINGS CHANGES

Chipotle (CMG) - Get Report was initiated with an outperform rating at Credit Suisse. Twelve-month price target is $785. Company has several years of attractive growth potential, Credit Suisse said.

EMC (EMC) was downgraded at Wells Fargo to market perform from outperform. Company lacks near-term catalysts, Wells Fargo said.

Five Below (FIVE) - Get Report was upgraded at MKM Partners to buy. Twelve-month price target is $35. Valuation call, as the stock is down 30% year-to-date, MKM Partners said.

FMC Technology (FTI) - Get Report was downgraded at FBR Capital Markets to underperform from market perform. Twelve-month price target is $31. Subsea business will likely see a larger decline in customer demand, FBR Capital Markets said.

Yum Brands (YUM) - Get Report was initiated with an underperform rating at Credit Suisse. Twelve-month price target is $74. Valuation call, as the stock is trading at a price-to-earnings ratio of 22, Credit Suisse said.
