"Fast Money" traders, investors need to reposition their portfolios now that we have seen earnings results from
Apple

. On Wednesday's "Halftime Report" segment, Jared Levy of Peak 6 told viewers that despite the strong results from Morgan Stanley, he would rather be long Goldman Sachs, even with all the headwinds. Joe Terranova said if and when financial regulation is passed, he'd be a buyer of Goldman Sachs the very next day. However, until then he thinks the stock is stuck in a range between $150 and $170.
Brian Kelly of Kanundrum mentioned that he's concerned about Europe and looming financial reform. He said that when

reported earnings, the company talked about structured finance being very week going forward. He thinks this presents an opportunity to be short Moody's.
