Monday's ETF Winners & Losers

Exchange-traded funds tracking Asian markets were the best performers of Monday's winning session, as indices in India and Hong Kong set new records.
Overnight, Hong Kong's Hang Seng added 3.9%, India's Sensex Index jumped 3.8% and Japan's Nikkei rose 1.2%. Other indices in China, South Korea and Indonesia also finished higher.
The
iPath MSCI India Index
(INP)
was recently up $6.71, or 8.2%, to $89.05. The
iShares MSCI Hong Kong Index
(EWH) - Get Report
was higher by 75 cents, or 3.2%, to $24.07. The
PowerShares Golden Dragon Halter USX China
(PGJ) - Get Report
climbed $1.19, or 3.2%, to $38.33.
Bundled securities tracking gold and silver futures were also higher, as precious metals futures were on the rise. Gold prices were up to $789.10 an ounce and silver rallied to $14.37 an ounce.

ETF was higher by $1.10, or 2.3%, to $49.50. The
iShares Silver Trust
(SLV) - Get Report
was higher by $2.25, or 1.6%, to $143.58. The
PowerShares DB Silver
(DBS) - Get Report
was gaining 41 cents, or 1.5%, to $28.26. The
iShares Comex Gold Trust
(IAU) - Get Report
ETF was up 45 cents, or 0.6%, to $78.24.
On the other hand, bundled securities tracking the homebuilding sector were on the decline. Among individual names,

were all lower.
The
iShares Dow Jones U.S. Home Construction
(ITB) - Get Report
was down 23 cents, or 1.1%, to $21.28. The
SPDR S&P Homebuilders
(XHB) - Get Report
was shedding 38 cents, or 1.7%, to $22.50.
The
Internet HOLDRs
(HHH)
was also losing ground as shares of
Yahoo!
(YHOO)
dropped more than 5%. The Internet HOLDRs ETF was recently down 98 cents, or 1.5%, to $66.30.
