TheStreet.com'sBeat the Street contest, has begun its second week and player JLindborg has seized the lead after the first day, building the $250,000 starting portfolio to $273,252 to take the lead in the week-long game.

Once again the contest is very tight, as less than $10,000 separates the top 15 players. After JLindborg, the top five consists of Patty768, $271,881, AxErickson, $271,112, Traver7, $269,872, and Pickel109, $269,145.

Under the rules of the weekly contest, players will be able to switch one of their five stocks between tonight's market close and Wednesday's market open.
