U.S. markets set to open higher, signaling the index will rebound after its worst week since June 2012. In Europe, stocks fell as China and Indonesia led a drop in emerging markets. The heavy equipment maker says earnings and revenue topped analyst estimates. Caterpillar also said it approved a $10 billion buyback plan.
