 TECHNICAL QUESTIONS - Why am I getting "Internal Server Error" when I load the screamer?
Transmission process from your ISP (Internet Service Provider) was not accepted. Please make sure you have the latest upgrade version of your ISP (for dial-ups) Try to shut your computer down for a 10 minute span, then restart. - Why am I getting a Black or Blank screen when I load the Real-Time Portfolio Tracker?
- 2 possibilities: Transmission problem or missing a java fix: Try to close your browser & restart your computer, if this doesn't help then: Download the latest java fix, which is the virtual machine update from Microsoft, Click or go to this link (be aware that this URL may change with time, as Microsoft comes out with new versions every 2 months.) Go down this page & you will see: Microsoft [VM] for Windows 95/98, Windows Me and Windows NT 4.0, Click on it to download it, and then make sure you choose to Run from current location. After the installation is complete, restart your computer. - Why am I getting a gray screen when I load the Real-Time Portfolio Tracker?

- Firewall may be preventing the data transmission or you are missing the java fix: Please ask your administrator to open Port 80 & 1007 on your firewall. - Using Netscape may sometimes cause this since the java files are not as stable as in Internet Explorer. To use Internet Explorer: Go to your "Start" button, "Run", & type in "iexplore.exe", this will open your Internet Explorer browser, which is more compatible & has better Java capabilities. If you don't have Internet Explorer, you can download it at from Microsoft for free. Windows users Macintosh users - Can I still browse the Internet or trade from my web browser when Portfolio Tracker is open?
- Yes. Once the Real-Time Portfolio window appears, you may continue to trade and/or browse in your original browser window except when using certain versions of Internet Explorer for the Mac. If you encounter this problem, you may minimize Portfolio Tracker's browser window to the task bar and open another window for trading or browsing by selecting 'File' then 'New' and 'Window'. - Why can't I get past the security certificate window?
- It may be your encryption is too low. Please make sure you have 128-bit encryption for Internet Explorer installed. To get the newset encryption for Internet Explorer please go here. Then close & restart your browser.
