NEW YORK, January 22, 2002 - TheStreet.com, (Nasdaq:TSCM), a leading multimedia provider of financial commentary, analysis and news, today announced that its financial radio program called RealMoney with Jim Cramer, nationally syndicated by Premiere Radio Networks, has added Philadelphia, one of the nation's top ten radio markets. The show, which is co-produced by TheStreet.com and Premiere Radio Networks, can now be heard on Philadelphia's WPHT-AM, every Monday-Thursday at 7-8 p.m. EST. The show, which launched July 30, 2001, continues to attract a greater listener base and currently airs on 32 stations across the country, including the Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Washington D.C., Seattle, and Hartford markets.

In addition, the show recently began airing on Cincinnati's 550 AM WKRC weekdays at 6-7 p.m. EST and on Baton Rouge's 1150 AM WJBO weekdays at 9-10 p.m. EST. The financial show provides Jim Cramer's uncensored opinions and insights on today's market, giving listeners some of the insights that top professionals use to make money in today's market.
