THESTREET.COM LAUNCHES FOURTEENTH SUBSCRIPTION OFFERING CALLED THE TRADING REPORTS

NEW YORK, October 8, 2002 - TheStreet.com, Inc. (Nasdaq:TSCM), a leading multimedia provider of financial commentary, research, analysis and news, today announced the launch of The Trading Reports, the Company's fourteenth subscription service and its sixth launched this year. With The Trading Reports, TheStreet.com extends its lead as the top source of financial news and commentary to all levels of investors, from novices to professional money managers.

The Trading Reports is a daily subscription service that contains exclusive access to Jeff Cooper's trading strategies. The Trading Reports gives subscribers Cooper's exclusive long and short equity picks, along with entry and protective sell points.
