NEW YORK, April 24, 2001 - Jim Cramer, TheStreet.com co-founder and markets commentator for TheStreet.com and CNBC, has signed an exclusive deal with Premiere Radio Networks, to host a nationally syndicated financial show. The program is scheduled to air Monday through Friday.

The daily financial show will provide Cramer's uncensored opinions and powerful insights that promise to give listeners everything that the top professionals have to make money in today's market. Cramer will take the mystery out of understanding what really moves stocks, when to sell, when to buy, and how to spot bottoms. Occasional guests including analysts, money managers and CEOs will also be interviewed on the show.
