TheStreet.com Integrates Money.net's Streaming, Real-Time Portfolio Tracker on its Sites
Portfolio Tracker Further Drives Subscription Revenue Opportunities for TheStreet.com

NEW YORK, April 23, 2001 - Expanding upon its comprehensive offering of content, tools and services, TheStreet.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: TSCM ), a leading multimedia provider of financial commentary, analysis and news, today announced the launch of a Streaming Real-time Portfolio Tracker available on its free and subscription-based sites for a nominal fee. Current subscribers to RealMoney.com will receive a discount from the standard price.

Under the terms of the agreement between Money.net Inc. and TheStreet.com Inc., Money.net's powerful Portfolio Tracker has been fluidly integrated into TheStreet.com and RealMoney.com sites. The Tracker provides streaming unlimited, real-time stock quotes from the New York and American stock exchanges and from the Nasdaq National Market. The Tracker also provides charts and indicators and company information, allowing TheStreet.com and RealMoney.com users instant access to all the news and information they need to keep up on current market activity.
