Wesley Jessen in Talks With Third Party

Wesley Jessen VisionCare (WJCO Quote) said Monday that it was in talks with a third party about a possible transaction. The maker of specialty soft contact lenses is already the subject of a hostile bid by Bausch & Lomb (BOL Quote) as well as a party to a merger agreement with Ocular Sciences (OCLR Quote).
