The Wall Street Journal's "Heard on the Street" column is calling Apple (AAPL Quote) a veritable bargain at 30 times its projected earnings for 2002. Dell (DELL Quote) is up nearly 50% on the year. Yes, one could be forgiven for having thought that the PC business is on the mend.
