Amazon to Hawaiian Sales Tax: Drop Dead

Amazon.com(AMZN Quote) doesn't believe in at least one of the two certainties: taxes.
The online retail giant ended another affiliate program, this time in Hawaii, to avoid collecting sales tax.
Earlier in the week, Amazon also eliminated affiliates in North Carolina and Rhode Island, and has made similar threats to California.
