Air France-KLM Says Headcount Reduction To Go On

PARIS (AP) — Air France-KLM expects to continue reducing its headcount this year by not replacing employees who retire or quit the company, Europe's largest airline said Friday.
"The expected evolution of employment numbers between now and the end of the fiscal year are about 2,500 to 3,000 natural departures out of total employment of 107,000," Air France spokeswoman Marina Tymen said.
Air France-KLM "doesn't currently expect to implement partial unemployment measures" such as cuts to working hours Tymen said, adding that the airline "will adapt to the changing economic conditions." ...
